The flagship restaurant of acclaimed Michelin Chef Tom Brown located at The Capital Hotel.

This marks a homecoming for Tom, who previously rose to prominence as Head Chef at The Capital Hotel’s celebrated restaurant, Outlaw’s. Tom then went on to open his own acclaimed Hackney-based restaurant Cornerstone in 2018, where he was awarded a Michelin star the following year.

The 28-cover restaurant awarded a Michelin Star in February embodies Tom’s signature style of clean, creative, and produce-driven cooking with an exceptional selection of seafood, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, in our sophisticated setting in the heart of Knightsbridge.
